• Which spur and for how long ?
The spur regards plants that has been activate between the emanation of AEEG measure and the 31 December of 2008. The spur is variable regards the power class of the plant and regards the type of plant like show in this table

• Which are not supplemented plants ?
The plants built on the ground in a way not coplanar at the surface where they are installed
.
• Which are partially supplemented plants ?
The plants built on flat roofs or terraces, if the half of the height of the modules is inferior of the perimetrical balustrade. Also other partially supplemented plants are those built in a coplanar way of the fixing surface.
• When can we talk of architectonical supplement ?
It’s possible to talk of this when the installation is made replacing totally with photovoltaic modules the elements of the row, fronts, glass partitions.
i. e. shelters, bower, canopies constituited by photovoltaic modules, pieces of covering used for natural illumination, acoustics barriers, reflective elements and screening the solar light, sunbreakers, coating of balustrades and parapets, shutters, etc
• Is it possible to grow up the spur ?
Yes it's possible to grow up the spur by a 5%; this only if the plants are:

more than 3 Kw of power and not supplemented, and for those the owners acquire the title of autoproducer, in other words the privates or the companies that produce electric Energy with the photovoltaic plant and that use at least the 70% of it;

Public schools or medical centres

supplemented with the removal of eternit roofs

owners that are public offices in town with less than 5000 residents.
